Multiple OBE Members reported problems around identifying Instant Payment Fees in Europe. To help the OBE Members, this document compiles a list of the Instant Fees charged by Account Servicing Service Providers.

This document is aimed at the following audiences:
- Third Party Providers: Payment and Electronic Money Institutions authorised to provide the 7th Service of the Revised Payment Services Directive.
- Banks: Account Information Service Providers that provide Open Banking Services.
- Service Providers: Unregulated entities that cooperate with the entities above to support their activities.
